Local chinese takeaway in Hunstanton... so thought we would give it a try. Ordered large rice portions, however everything came in the same small takeaway boxes. OK food but definitely not worth the money as the portion sizes are absolutely tiny. Really disappointed

It's OK. Found it to be a bit oily and a weird looking roasted duck. Taste was OK. I'm not quite sure how to describe it better but it's not something I would order every week... Found it a bit pricey too. Will attach the menu for whoever is willing to give it a try. Bare in mind is CASH ONLY.

Every single takeaway I've had from China Garden House has been fantastic. Always hot and well cooked, tastes clean and fresh, and the lady who answers the phone and serves us when we collect is an absolute star. Reasonable prices and plenty to choose from the menu. As this place is so great, it gets extremely busy when the tourists are in town so expect a long wait if you haven't preordered in advance. During the Summer, or on special occasion days, we usually pop an order through the door and they'll phone us when they open to confirm our order and requested collection time. Cash only but there's a cash machine at the nearby Nationwide. Parking can be tricky at peak times (because of its town centre location and proximity to The Green) so there may be a short walk involved, but that should only be a couple of hundred metres. Collection only.
